Refunds and Returns

At MyDog.Art, we take pride in creating custom artwork that celebrates your furry friend. Since each piece is uniquely hand-drawn and made to order, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns to ensure fairness for both our customers and our artists.


Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Artwork Creation Fee ($125)
    • The $125 initial fee covers the time and effort of our artists and is non-refundable once work has begun.
    • If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has started, we may offer a partial refund of $100, retaining $25 as a processing fee.
  2. Refunds for Print Orders
    • If you approve your digital artwork and order a printed canvas, refunds are only granted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong print).
    • If your print is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
    • Refund requests for prints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of damage or misprint.
  3. Dissatisfaction with Digital Artwork
    • Since our portraits are hand-drawn and custom-made, refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with the final artwork.
    • However, we offer one free minor revision to ensure you’re happy with the final result.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are only accepted for printed products that arrive damaged or incorrect.
    • The product must be undamaged and unused (aside from the defect) to qualify for a return.
  2. How to Request a Return
    • Contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
    • Email su*****@***og.art with your order details and attach clear photos of the issue.
    • If eligible, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Replacement or Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping costs for returns will be covered if the product is defective or incorrect.
