1. Overview of Services
- MyDog.Art creates custom dog portraits based on the photos you provide.
- We offer digital artwork and optional physical products such as canvas prints.
2. Placing an Order
- To start your order, you must:
- Upload a high-quality photo of your dog.
- Pay an initial fee of $125 to begin the artwork creation process.
- After reviewing your artwork, you’ll have the option to:
- Approve the design.
- Select a background and size for physical products.
- Pay the remaining balance for your order.
3. Payment Terms
- The $75 of the upfront payment is non-refundable to cover a portion of our time and effort to create your custom portrait digital artwork.
- Full payment for physical products (e.g., canvas prints) must be made before they are produced and shipped.
4. Artwork Review and Approval
- You will receive a digital proof of your artwork for approval.
- Revisions:
- One round of minor revisions is included at no extra cost.
- Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
- Once approved, the artwork cannot be changed.
5. Delivery
- Digital artwork will be delivered via email within the stated timeframe on your order.
- Physical products will be shipped to the address you provide.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the photo you upload meets our quality requirements.
- You must review and approve the digital proof promptly to avoid delays in delivery.
7. Refund Policy
- The $75 upfront payment is non-refundable.
- Refunds for physical products are only available if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
8. Use of Artwork
- By default, you retain ownership of your dog’s portrait.
- If you agree to let us feature your portrait in our marketing materials, you grant MyDog.Art permission to use the artwork for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information and photos you provide will only be used to complete your order and improve our services.
